For instance, if a candidate is hired at a monthly salary of $800, amounting to an annual salary of $9,600, our fee would be 35% of this annual total, equating to $3,360. This fee is a one-time charge, with no further costs for the continued employment of the hired individual.
For our Remote Dedicated Assistants service, you have the option of subscribing short-term or long-term based on your requirements. To begin the talent acquisition process, a non-refundable $500 Onboarding Fee is required. This fee is a one-time payment, irrespective of the number of subscriptions you choose to initiate.
